I am a Brookyln-based journalist who loves to tell stories about what’s going on here in New York City and around the country. My work threads together data, expert voices, and lived experience to create compelling and memorable reporting.

I started my journalism career in local news covering NYCHA developments in the South Bronx and later got hooked on climate reporting after writing a story about the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn. (I’ll never forget that smell!). I’ve since carved out a niche in the climate beat, writing stories on how different communities are navigating climate change and the transition to renewable energy for publications like The Guardian, City Limits, and Brooklyn Magazine.

I currently work as a news associate for 60 Minutes, where I fact check, research, edit scripts, and pull assets for upcoming segments.

I graduated from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism (CUNY) in December 2023, where I covered the sprawling metropolis as a member of the Urban Reporting Program. Prior to graduate school, I worked in communications for five years, leading institutional social media accounts and writing stories for university and college publications. I am a proud alumna of the College of Holy Cross.
